GCPD was honored to be a participant in a coastal protection roundtable with Her Majesty Queen Máxima of the Netherlands, Rijkswaterstaat, USACE and the GLO in Houston last week. Texas and the Netherlands have had enjoyed a longstanding relationship and coastal barrier management is another way we can learn from each other on making our communities safter and more resilient. Collaborating with others who’ve built similar #CoastalBarriers will help us successfully deliver the Coastal Texas Program.
